I'm ML Lovely.  (ML is pronounced Ehmelle, I generally don't talk about what it stands for).  If we've met in person and you have questions...  hopefully I'll be able to answer some of them here.  If I don't answer your question in this intro, then it's probably something I don't want you to know.  :)

I can't hide the fact that I'm Transgender or non-binary, so let's get that out of the way first.  I'm Transmasculine, meaning born assigned female at birth and transitioning to being more masculine - androgynous, but more masculine.  I raise my testosterone naturally with herbs and supplements and my pronoun is They or He.  Please don't ever use She for me.  I use the title Mx instead of Mr or Ms.  For me, Mx is pronounced Mex.  This is the sort of title that people use when they have a non-binary gender identity, (identifying with both or neither male or female).  Every Transgender and/or Gender Diverse person is different, so always ask politely (or don't worry about it) if you are confused.  :)

If you want to know more about what being Transgender means, the best thing to do is get to know someone who is. (However, don't just get to know a Transgender person, because of curiousity, get to know them if it is meaningful to your life, in other words treat them as you would any other person).

To me, gender is way less important than character.  If you don't have your head and your heart in the right place, then maybe that's something you need to work on.  :)  (Also try to remember that Gender Identity has nothing to do with the way you look.  It's about how you feel - for instance I feel like I'm more masculine and prefer masculine terms of endearment, but not everything about me is perceived as masculine).

I'm also a parent. - I have an undergraduate degree in Theology - I am a Yoga Instructor, who specialises in nutrition. - I have at least 20 years of research and experience in nutrition, herbs and supplements and I'm still learning.
I love cooking, photography, history, philosophy, Kabbalah and hiking - I also have a Diploma in Counselling and an Associate Diploma in Community Development - I help run a group called, "Redefining Androgyny" that is a peer support group for all non-binary gender identifying people. - I'm Turkish...

I have recovered from 7 different surgeries.  I am also currently recovering successfully from Hypothyroidism.

I also completed the David Wolfe Nutrition Certificate - which has upgraded my knowledge on Nutrition and keeps me informed on the latest research on natural health.
