Skinny Chic's Raw San Choi Bow

1 cup almonds crushed in grinder or processor till a thick paste

1 small red onion minced in with the almonds

veggie salt to taste

some lettuce leaves to put the almond paste into

any kind of chili sauce to put on top of almond paste

some sprouts on top

put almond paste into a leaf, put sprouts on top, add some chili sauce, eat.

Too damn easy and tastes amazing!
