I have discovered a new way of raising my testosterone through physical exercise. I'm not sure if it's good or bad, because I have had to find ways of being able to eat as much as I want without gaining weight. (The testosterone raises my appetite in a way that I just cannot stop myself from eating).
So I'm eating more and exercising in a particular way. It's working so far. Fingers crossed.
I do an interval, timed sprint, with Yoga and Qi Gong.
