Class: Body-Image, Self-Esteem, Nutrition

Well they say you can choose how you say things and I agree...  You should also be able to choose how you view things...  Last week I missed my class because I had a hellish day, well the week didn't get much better, so it was just a right off in most ways, except if you are able to focus on any of the good stuff.

I got to work on set with David Wenham.  I got to work on another set with Deborah Mailman...AND then there's the weekend...  Too awesome and some of that was due to the fantastic party that dvdastarr put on for justin_mo  I really needed something to cheer me up and show me that there was some sort of light at the end of the tunnel and my friends came through.  Thank you so much.

So this week, there was no way I was going to miss class!  It just happened to be one of the best so far.  Everyone was feeling more relaxed with each other, the boys and girls mixed in together instead of being either side of the room as per usual.  I found out a few things about dating from R which I'm not sure I wanted to know, but he did say that I was the kind of chic that you would have to wine and dine first...Lol and one of the other boys said they thought I was 20.  Well if a white lie is going to lift someone's mood, then why not tell it!  : )

Tonight I ate dinner at a Sushi bar downstairs that served their rolls with brown rice.
Too awesome and as you can see from my photo, I was in a bit of a, "I don't give a crap," sort of a mood.  It's nice to be that relaxed occasionally.  x

B, we've really gotta learn how to turn the flash off of my Blackberry.  : )

Oh almost forgot, lesson was on Nutrition and Self-esteem.  Lots of good info on proper dietry requirements, including Low GI info and chart.  Also did some exercises on how to improve self-esteem and body-image.  Fun and informative.

With that flash on you DO look about 20!
But normally I would say mid 20's. I don't actually know exactly how old you are, so that's a god honest estimate!

The classes sound like fun.I wonder if they do something like it in Sydney. And how much it would cost up here!

I'm one year younger than Jimmy Carr...Wiki it. :)

The classes are always very interesting and we were lucky enough to all be brought together by this class, it's a really lovely bunch of people. We're all going out for dinner after class next week as it will be the end of the first half of the course, only a handful will stay on to do the modelling part. We're really looking forward to it.

As for Sydney courses, they only do Melbourne, so you'd have to stay in Melbourne maybe in Ferntree Gully while you did a course there... Lol.
