Back on Track

So the truth is, I AM able to eat what I want and not gain weight, however eating rubbish food has taken away my will to get out of bed in the mornings.  I had no idea how much of a difference it made to have the right superfoods, herbs and supplements in my body.  I don't just want to look good, I want to live long and feel awesome.

So I'm back to resonable amounts of food and no junk food.  My body is thanking me already.

Hooray for murky looking smoothies that do awesome things to your body.  #superfoods #nutrition #wellbeing #strength
